Casa Carob is a wonderful holiday villa in the coastal countryside not far from the beaches of Praia de Benagil and Praia da Marinha, just a short drive from the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro and the town of Lagoa.
Access to the villa is via a quiet country lane, double gates leading to a gravel driveway leading to a single carport and parking for several cars.
The spacious, attractively furnished lounge/dining room has a built in bar, wood burner, satellite TV (Freeview channels) and DVD and CD player/radio. A door leads from the dining area into a large, well equipped kitchen with black marble worktops and light wood cabinets. Facilities include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and electric ceramic hob with oven.
All master bedrooms have a modern bathroom and air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom upstairs is accessed via a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children. Pool heating is available on request at an extra cost.
This villa was built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. Casa Carob benefits from a private, elevated plot of approximately one hectare with stunning views across the vineyards and rolling countryside to the Algarve coast.
From Casa Carob you can take lovely walks; within about half an hour you can reach the typical fishing village of Carvoeiro, which has a wide choice of excellent seafood restaurants and a beautiful beach. For golfers, the Algarve's excellent Gramacho and Pinta courses can be reached within a 10-minute drive.

Vila Nela is a recently renovated and fully refurbished semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro with all amenities and the beach. The holiday home comprises a ground floor with a guest toilet, a bedroom with an open-plan shower room, a dining and living room with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning and a modern open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. The sliding doors in the kitchen give access to a pleasant sunroom with dining area and the swimming pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and barbecue area. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, one with a small terrace and stairs to the roof terrace, as well as a bathroom. Equipment includes cable TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and all four bedrooms. The twin bedroom is better suited for children rather than adults due to room and bed size.
