Casa Carob is a wonderful holiday villa in the coastal countryside not far from the beaches of Praia de Benagil and Praia da Marinha, just a short drive from the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro and the town of Lagoa. Access to the villa is via a quiet country lane, double gates leading to a gravel driveway leading to a single carport and parking for several cars. The spacious, attractively furnished lounge/dining room has a built in bar, wood burner, satellite TV (Freeview channels) and DVD and CD player/radio. A door leads from the dining area into a large, well equipped kitchen with black marble worktops and light wood cabinets. Facilities include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and electric ceramic hob with oven. All master bedrooms have a modern bathroom and air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom upstairs is accessed via a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children. Pool heating is available on request at an extra cost. This villa was built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. Casa Carob benefits from a private, elevated plot of approximately one hectare with stunning views across the vineyards and rolling countryside to the Algarve coast.
