The ground-floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a dining area, as well as a separate laundry room. Vila Nela is a recently renovated and fully refurbished semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro with all amenities and the beach.
The holiday home comprises a ground floor with a guest toilet, a bedroom with an open-plan shower room, a dining and living room with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning and a modern open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. The sliding doors in the kitchen give access to a pleasant sunroom with dining area and the swimming pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and barbecue area.
The first floor comprises three bedrooms, one with a small terrace and stairs to the roof terrace, as well as a bathroom.

The twin bedroom is better suited for children rather than adults due to room and bed size.
